I - The Emptiness Inside Me
It was always hard to look. Do you really know what lives in the deepest part of your inner self? We fear ourselves and don't want to look that way. Self-knowledge is also looking into the dark. Look at yourself, love yourself and embrace your shadows just as you embrace the light.

II - The Walls
What are these walls?
Do these barriers come from within me?
Huge walls of grudges, traumas, selfishness, Ego. On this journey of discovering my own self, I am faced with an immense wall of Ego. Only forgiveness will get me out of this cage, only he is able to lapidate this passage to free me from the great wall of ego that I myself created. Forgive yourself.

III - Trapped In Own Mind

I think I discovered my biggest enemy and he lives here in this cage with me. I need to make peace, I need to look fondly inside. Me and this being that is here in captivity in this mind full of uncertainties. It's not a monster, it's just a reflection. I'm alone, looking only at myself and my perfect imperfections. I smile at the reflection, admiring it, as we embrace.

IV - Sleeping Rage
Express everything you feel. Everything needs to be felt. Do not run away. Let it bleed, let it hurt.

Sempre foi difícil olhar. Você realmente sabe o que mora no mais profundo do seu eu interior? Tememos a nós mesmos e não queremos olhar para esse lado. Autoconhecimento também é olhar para o obscuro. Olhe para si, ame se e abrace suas sombras assim como abraça a luz.

II - The Walls
O que são essas muralhas?
Essas barreiras vêm de dentro de mim?
Enormes muros de rancores, traumas, egoísmos, Ego. Nessa jornada de descobertas do próprio eu, me deparo de frente com um muro imenso de Ego. Apenas o perdão irá me tirar dessa jaula, apenas ele é capaz de lapidar essa passagem para me libertar da grande muralha de ego que eu mesmo criei. Perdoe se.

III - Trapped In Own Mind
Acho que descobri meu maior inimigo e ele mora aqui nessa jaula comigo. Preciso fazer as pazes, preciso olhar com carinho para dentro. Eu e esse ser que está aqui em cativeiro nessa mente cheia incertezas. Não é um monstro, é apenas um reflexo. Estou sozinho, olhando apenas para mim e minhas perfeitas imperfeições. Sorrio para o reflexo, admirando-o, assim nos abraçamos.

IV - Sleeping Rage
Expresse tudo o que sente. Tudo é preciso sentir. Não fuja. Deixe sangrar, deixe doer.
